Return Authorization Request
To be eligible for a return, please complete the below form and return to gourmet@nordicware.com. When the return has been approved and processed, refurnds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Free and Standard Shipping
Free shipping orders are sent via ground, which is typically 5-7 business days to delivery. Orders ship from our Minneapolis, MN fulfillment center and delivery times will vary depending on location of ship-to address.
